Pray with us Thursday at 6:30pm

We are really excited about the next few days ahead of us. Why? Because the entire Coleman family will be back in Lafayette together tomorrow! That’s right, Megan and the kids are headed back to Lafayette to join me here for a long Easter weekend together. I can’t even begin to describe how excited I am to have all of us around our dinner table together again for the first time since Christmas!

We got to take some new family pictures at St Jude last week. I think I've got a pretty good looking family!

While we are all here in Lafayette together, we are going to take advantage of being with friends and have another time of prayer for Bennett like we did a few months ago. We will be at The Bayou Church Lafayette Campus on Thursday night from 6:30pm – 7:30pm. If you live in the Lafayette area, we would love to have you join us there. If you don’t, we will also live stream it over the internet at http://live.eastbayou.org. I will be posting more details about the night and how we will be praying later this week. We hope you can all join us either in person or online!

We have also created a new 24-hour prayer calendar to cover Bennett in prayer over the next three weeks he is off treatment.  You can click here to view the calendar and signup for a time slot. This period of time is critical that Bennett’s bilirubin count remain low and that the disease does not advance any further. Please help us cover him in prayer during this time.

To all of our Bayou Church Family…we can’t wait to see you all soon and say “thank you” for all that you have done for us over the last four months!

  1. I pray this scripture for the Coleman family sweet, merciful Father!!

“Out if the depths I cry to you, O Lord, hear my voice. Let Your ears be attentive to my cry for mercy” Psalm 130:1-2

  2. Mark and I will be participating by internet on Thursday, and will continue to pray every minute of this three weeks! Love and strength to all of your beautiful family. Linda

  3. Wonderful picture of a wonderful, Godly family. Bill and I will join the prayer service tonight via the internet. Our internet was down early this morning but we a believing God for it to be up and running tonight. I had a thought yesterday while thinking of you all and praying for your Bennett. What if God has been waiting for such a time as this (no treatments, no testing, no hospital, no doctors) to heal Bennett so only He receives the glory and praise? That is what I am/continue to pray for Bennett. I pray that The Almighty, Everlasting, Holy One, Living God will show up large and heal Bennett because we know He can. Wish we could be there to hug and love on all of you dear ones.
